Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the sticker and other products size and design before making a payment.
Color Variation
The color of the stickers and other products as seen on the website may slightly vary from device to device. Customers are requested to expect a minor difference in the physical product.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, incorrect size, color, or design, please send an unpacking video and pictures of the product to throttlogic@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery.
Claim Verification
After receiving your email, our team will require 72 hours to verify your claim.
Refund/Return Process
If your claim is verified, we will process a reshipment or damaged or missing items.
Non-Entertainment of Returns
Returns will not be entertained if the customer wishes to return the product for reasons beyond our control, such as personal preferences or a change of mind after ordering.
